These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the D2D Shipping mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Inak IT Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you use the Service through an organization, your access may be managed by your organization’s administrators, including enabling or disabling accounts and permissions.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription availability and pricing may vary by platform and region.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play, payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
You (or your organization) retain rights to the operational data you submit to the Service (such as shipments, pickups, deliveries, notes, and photos), subject to these Terms and applicable agreements.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit any data you provide.
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, mapping, payments/subscriptions, analytics, and cloud infrastructure). Those services may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inak IT Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or to protect the security of the Service and users.
Your organization may also disable your access at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
